We are seeking degreed, energetic, confident and competitive individuals to market our web-based payroll and HR solutions to businesses. Daily responsibilities will include:
- scheduling appointments with payroll and executive-level decision makers
- conducting live demonstrations of Paycom’s innovative payroll and HR software
- preparing pricing proposals
- closing business to meet your sales goals
We offer a starting base salary of $30,000 plus commission with no prior sales experience. Reps with 2 or more years of outside sales experience start at $40,000 plus commission. Your base will increase to $50,000 and $60,000 as you hit sales targets. There are no ceilings on commissions. Automobile and cell phone allowances are also paid. Average first-year income is $65,000 to $95,000 and second year income is typically $100,000+.

- You’re a hunter/closer – you can close deals in person

- You have a bachelor’s degree
- You have an average of at least 1.5 on each job you’ve worked (exceptions for recent college graduates)
- You’ve been employed within the past 60 days or are currently employed
- You had a college GPA of 2.5 or greater
- You have a clean background
