What in your role at Paycom are you passionate about?
Teaching - I am a trainer and I see it as my personal responsibility to ensure that clients receive excellent customer service. I do this by helping new employees learn not only about Paycom, but how to provide exceptional customer service.

What has been your favorite experience working at Paycom?
The activities are the best. From National Payroll Week activities to the year-end party (Paycom Prom), Paycom promotes a friendly atmosphere that encourages having a little fun.

 What has been your career growth path at Paycom?
I have been here for about four years and started as a Payroll Specialist. I began assisting with the training department after about six months of employment. I am now a Paycom Trainer.
