Why Paycom?
Paycom was the first company that would take a chance on me after I was ready to return to the work-force.

What in your role at Paycom are you passionate about?
I enjoy being able to help those just starting out in the same position I did.

What has been your favorite experience working at Paycom?
The most memorable experience has to be when the owner of the company came up to me and told me that a lot of people were bragging on what a good job I was doing after only two weeks of me starting. It meant the world to me that he took the time out to tell me that. I won’t forget it.

What has been your career growth path at Paycom?
I started out as the original Data Entry Specialist and got promoted to a Production Specialist. I then was moved to my current position and promoted to an Senior Administrative Assistant. I have goals to move up and know that by choosing Paycom I will have those opportunities.
