Training is essential at Paycom. We recognize that training is fundamental in our ability to communicate expectations and promote improvement to our employees. Through our training initiatives we hope to cultivate our employee’s capabilities so that they may recognize their full potential. New Employee Training
Employees working in one of the many corporate positions will receive solid training for their respective job. We equip our corporate employees with the tools needed to be successful in their demanding roles. New employees are trained thoroughly in their new job and have unlimited access to management. In addition, we will match you with a current employee working in the same department who can provide guidance and support to you in your new job at Paycom.
