As a Corporate Recruiter with our company, you will be responsible for staffing a variety of positions, including Sales Representatives in cities across the country, Payroll Specialists, Office Administration positions, Human Resources and IT. In addition to having personable and professional phone skills, a Corporate Recruiter must be a quick-learner, outgoing and have the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

This is a fast-paced, challenging position offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit package.

Daily activities will include:

  • developing and maintaining college recruiting programs
  • attending career fairs
  • recruiting using a variety of methods including: mining resumes on job boards, internet and social media search, career service websites and headhunting
  • responsible for some HR functions including: drug testing, background checks, reference checks, etc.
  • Minimal travel may be required.
