Full-time Sales Reps are offered an average base salary of $30,000 to $40,000 depending on experience. Base salaries can quickly be increased to $50,000 and $60,000 by hitting sales goals. There are no ceilings on commissions. Automobile and cell phone allowances are also paid. Average first-year income is $65,000 to $85,000 and second year income is typically $100,000+. As a Paycom Sales Representative, you are the driving force in fulfilling the company vision of nation-wide expansion and industry domination.
