Inside Sales Representative

We are expanding to your market and are seeking degreed, energetic, confident and competitive individuals to market our web-based payroll and HR solutions to businesses. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • answering inbound phone calls from potential clients
  • discussing payroll needs with potential and existing customers
  • calling on existing customer to up-sell products

Do you have what it takes?

  • You’re a hunter/closer – you can close deals in person
  • You’re a beast at appointment setting – you’re great on the phone
  • You like to set goals and achieve them
  • You’re confident and competitive – you like to win
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have an average of at least 1.5 years on each job you’ve worked (exceptions for recent college graduates)
  • You’ve been employed within the past 60 days or are currently employed
  • You had a college GPA of 2.7 or greater
  • You have a clean background
