Incentives keep our sales team members focused on hitting their sales targets and promote high morale amongst our sales staff. Paycom takes great pride in the success of our sales team and we show it by offering a competitive base salary plus commission with a NO “pay back” policy. The average first year earnings range between $65,000 and $90,000 and second year earnings are $100,000+. Automobile and cell phone allowances are also available.
In addition, Paycom also incorporates monthly sales contests and has an elite club for the best of the best in our sales department. Our monthly sales contests are friendly forms of competition, acting as the driving force behind our award-winning sales team. The fabulous rewards earned from sales contests and membership in our elite President’s Club make working in sales fun and will help keep you motivated.
| President’s Club The best of the best among our sales team members make up Paycom’s President’s Club. To be invited in to Presidents Club, a sales representative must hit his or her revenue goals for the calendar year. It doesn’t matter if you are just starting out or have been with Paycom for 10 years, every year each sales representative has the opportunity to be in this elite club. Members of this elite group compete throughout the year for our top sales awards including our “Rookie of The Year” award that is awarded to our top new sales representative. The group also competes to win spots to luxurious vacation destinations like Maui, New York City and Naples, Fl. The trips are once in a lifetime opportunities for President’s Club members and their guest. |
