Why Paycom?
I chose Paycom because I was looking for a business-to-business sales position. I had interviewed with other companies, but knew that Paycom was in a better position in the industry. In addition, the room for growth was more apparent and available rather than the other company’s that had a fixed structure where one would have to have seniority before being promoted.


What in your role at Paycom are you passionate about?
I am most passionate about providing a superior product to clients that enhances and supports their role and enables the company to become more efficient.

What has been your favorite experience working at Paycom?
I love going on the President’s Club trips. I have been to Maui and New York City. The trips are a great reward for all the hard-work that gets put in to being successful at this job.

What has been your career growth path at Paycom?
I started as a Sales Rep in Denver in 2006. I was promoted to management only after a year. I managed a team in Denver for nine months and was asked to open the office in Tampa. I moved my family to Tampa and started the office from ground up. I went back to being a Sales Rep this past year, and have been selling directly to clients since.
