
| Why Paycom? I chose Paycom because I was looking for a business-to-business sales position. I had interviewed with other companies, but knew that Paycom was in a better position in the industry. In addition, the room for growth was more apparent and available rather than the other company’s that had a fixed structure where one would have to have seniority before being promoted. What has been your career growth path at Paycom? I started as a Sales Rep in Denver in 2006. I was promoted to management only after a year. I managed a team in Denver for nine months and was asked to open the office in Tampa. I moved my family to Tampa and started the office from ground up. I went back to being a Sales Rep this past year, and have been selling directly to clients since. A sales career with Paycom |
