What in your role at Paycom are you passionate about?
I am most passionate about being able to confidently deliver a product and service that I truly believe in and have seen company’s fall in love with. I love going on appointments and seeing a person’s expression when they see how our system works. The employees of Paycom also make working here great. I feel like I am a part of a corporate family where everyone cares about each other and their success.
What has been your favorite experience working at Paycom?
I love every day at Paycom. This is NOT a job you dread coming to. There are always new opportunities and incentives that make this job interesting and fun.

What has been your career growth path at Paycom?
It continues to amaze me how quickly my career has developed at Paycom. This is my first job out of college. I have been promoted and received two raises in my first year with the company. I have to thank Paycom for giving me every resource possible to be successful.
