What has been your career growth path at Paycom? I began as a Sales Rep working a rural territory. I sold for seven months, and was promoted to Sales Manager in the Tulsa office. Despite having the smallest market and one of the newest teams, we finished third in the country. This success opened a door for me to be able to move to a new market and open a new office from scratch. In 2009, I helped build the sales team in Charlotte. We were the #1 New Sales Office in our first year. Now I am managing the reps who I hired and trained last year, and we hope to far surpass what we accomplished in our first year!
