I chose Paycom because of the opportunities. Personal ties keep me rooted in Oklahoma and it was exciting to see that I could work my way up in the company without having to make other sacrifices. The system is more robust than that of the competitors and our service in unmatched.


What in your role at Paycom are you passionate about?
I enjoy sharing solutions with companies that are in need of help. It’s extremely rewarding to get a “Thank You” from the CEO or a company saying what a positive impact Paycom has had on their business.

What has been your favorite experience working at Paycom?
It is the the day-to-day challenge of creating a solution for each client’s individual needs. I also enjoy learning something new every day, not only about the industry, but the Paycom system and that of other competitors. It’s also wonderful to see my hard work and persistence pay-off with each company that chooses Paycom.

What has been your career growth path at Paycom?
I started at Paycom in 2006 as an Ancillary Rep; selling new products to existing clients. In three months I was responsible for my own territory in the Oklahoma market. As Paycom experienced growth, I moved in to new markets to sell to new prospects across the country. I was also promoted to Sales Training Manager.  I am now responsible for training new employees in sales.
