What has been your career growth path at Paycom? I started at Paycom in 2006 as an Ancillary Rep; selling new products to existing clients. In three months I was responsible for my own territory in the Oklahoma market. As Paycom experienced growth, I moved in to new markets to sell to new prospects across the country.
