What in your role at Paycom are you passionate about?
I am most passionate about being able to help people discover their true professional potential. I get to work with like-minded individuals who are motivated, driven and hungry for success.

What has been your favorite experience working at Paycom?
It has to be building a sales team in Tulsa from scratch. It has been amazing to watch the office and the sales reps within the Tulsa market grow. I have had the privilege of promoting four of my Tulsa sales reps to management positions. Watching them succeed has been very rewarding.

What has been your career growth path at Paycom?
I started in the Tulsa office five years ago as a Sales Rep. I worked in the downtown Tulsa market for a year and a half and was promoted to a management position. I worked as the Tulsa Sales Manager for two years, and was then promoted to a Regional Sales Executive and asked to open the Chicago market. I worked in Chicago for a year and a half establishing that office. In May of 2009 I took the role of Corporate Sales Trainer.  I am responsible for all new-hire and sales rep training.
