| Our comprehensive health and wellness program allows you to design a plan that will work for you and your family. Our “real life” program includes optional health care, dental and vision coverage. Our health care option is offered to employees at just $1.00 per pay period.
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) are a great way to save on taxes and gives you a way to put aside pre-tax dollars to reimburse yourself for eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses incurred during the year. Paycom provides long-term disability protection to all employees. Voluntary short-term disability is also available to all employees at reasonable rates. Our disability plans offer financial protection during times you are not able to work due to an outside of work injury. Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment options provide you and your covered dependents financial protection. Paycom provides a basic $25,000 life insurance policy to all employees. You may choose to take additional life insurance coverage and/or AD&D for you and your family. |
Our 401(k) Plan allows you to save on a tax-deferred basis through convenient payroll deductions. To help you save for retirement, Paycom will match up to 3.5% if you contribute at least 6% of your pay. “It’s free money” that can make your account grow fast and help you reach your retirement goals sooner. You will become 100% vested in your employer matching contributions (meaning you gain full ownership of the money) after completing two years of service.
Vacation, holiday and sick leave are offered to all employees based on years of service. Vacation and sick leave start accruing on the first day of service. |
