New Hire Sales Training: What will you have to do?
As a new sales team member with Paycom you will go through the following training to help jump-start a successful sales career with our company.
• Initial two-week Webinar based training that covers Paycom Sales Basics 101
• Additional two-week field training alongside a Sales Training Manager (STM).  Requiring you to  make sales calls and schedule appointments
• Invitation to attend a four-day Corporate Sales Training in Oklahoma City after you hit pre-defined sales goals under the direction of the STM

In addition to Paycom’s comprehensive new hire training for sales team members, we also provide weekly company-wide and team training to our sales staff that focuses on continuing education.  Our Corporate Trainer also conducts a semi-annual Advanced Sales Training in Dallas to all President’s Club team members.  All of our sales team members have unlimited access to the STM and the Corporate Trainer for any additional training individual team members may require.
